I'm just back from the US and too jetlagged to even think about food, but I've eaten so many great foods whilst away I wish I'd asked the restaurants for their recipes. Now I need to learn how to make a really great Ceasar salad, you'd think it'd be simple. Now if I'd been smart enough to think about it I'd have bought a recipe book over there, duh!
