Being a South African by birth and as we are notorious for our good taste in food amongst other things, I have decided to share my most favourite recipes with you. I love to cook and prefer the savoury to the sweet, although I have some super sweet recipes. All my recipes are easy, foolproof and enjoyable to make - the secret for me is presentation, nothing too difficult and tasty then everyone will think that you are a fabulous cook.
