FLAVOURS OF THE MONTH

At Mydish we try and celebrate seasonal products - this month Rhubarb and Sweet Potatoes are in season and are at the peak of freshness and flavour.
Try something different like Carol Ann’s Rhubarb and Ginger Preserve http://www.mydish.co.uk/recipe/292/rhubarb_and_ginger_preserve or perhaps the traditional favourites; Rhubarb Crumble or Rhubarb Fool.
Sweet Potatoes are full of antioxidants and are delicious roasted, cut open with cheese, chilli and olive oil or just mashed.
