I don't get that much time to cook during the week, so weekends are always a great time to make a relaxed dinner for the 4 of us. This is also the time we can indulge in a pudding, so I'm going to have a hunt for something here (I'm leaning towards cheesecake at the mo) and report back on Monday.

I'm also promising myself to try a brand new dish as our main course. I tend to cook the same things which is bonkers, as I probably have 100 cook books. So, if there are any suggestions for exciting dishes I should try, do let me know.
