Italian Recipes

Italian food is also regional in nature. From the cakes and confectionary that makes Turin famous, through Genoa as a centre for fish and pesto to the delicate sea food of Liguria and the famous dishes of Tuscany down to the smoky, spicy flavours of Sicily there is so much scope to experiment with Italian recipes and food traditions.
