Although Deborah may not be involved in much cooking, she has luckily been to more than her fair share of dinner parties. This being the case, MyDish decided to get the Dragon on board to help out with the dinner party menu challenge (for those of you who don’t know, we have set ourselves the task of finding and publishing a different dinner party menu each week).

Dinner Party Choice by Carol Savage
I decided to have a lamb tagine and then chose what would go well with main course. I didnt want a meat dish for a starter so I chose Poached egg with salmon and then I had a summer fruit medly to go with a Key Lime Pie. Its always good to have a sweet and a more healthy dessert as an option for those who don't do dessert (not me!)

French cuisine is great for providing plenty of wow factor at a dinner party to impress, but this menu will hopefully avoid the hassle of spending too much time in the kitchen as lots of the preparation can be done in advance, leaving you more time at the table.
