Magical Meal from Merlin
If Merlin ever needs a quick pick me up, he heads straight from the fishmongers! "I love recreating my Gran's famous fish dish that she cooks on the bbq. She uses Seabass or mullet, whichever is available. It's a really simple dish, but just that first smell takes me right back to her home and the fantastic atmosphere. I go out to see her in Spain at least once a year, but make sure I make the dish whenever I can. It brings back so many fond, happy memories for me."
