About me
Hi... my name is Helen and I used to hate to cook. Recently though, I have discovered that it can be really relaxing and its nowhere near as hard as it looks. So, I am now a complete convert and cooking is my new joy! I like to cook dishes which look like I've spent ages slaving over them (even though I haven't) so I can get lots of praise!!! My favourite thing to do is bake cakes as I have a really sweet tooth. When I'm not cooking, I work as an artist and I often paint food, I work from my home studio in the heart of the lincolnshire countryside, accompanied by my three lively children, lovely partner and crazy chocolate Labrador, Megan.
