I have to admit I'm a bit of a lazy cook and leave all the fancy meals to my boyfriend to sort out while I'm only left in charge of dinner when it's something quite basic like a jacket potato or cheese toastie! Having said that I've started trying to make a bit of an effort more recently and have begun gathering some good veggie recipes as I don't eat meat so I'll post those on here soon. But really when it comes to cookery I'm all about the sweet stuff... I find baking a cake oddly therapeutic and let's face it everyone loves the smell of freshly baked cookies and cakes so I'm always interested in finding new ideas for sweets or desserts - especially if they involve chocolate!
