I have worked for BT for eight years now, I started with the company in Consumer before moving to Global Services and then Group Finance - now find myself back in GS working on Transformation..... I enjoy cooking and find it very therapeutic, I use it as my stress buster when I get home. I love traditional British food which seems to be becoming almost lost in the days of microwave meals (down with the microwave I say !!), that said my speciality is probably italian (I will add some italian recipes soon) and have started dabbling in some asian flavours and techniques. All in all I'm about good ingredients and creating simple tasty food.
