About Ely Eats

Ely Eats was a recipe book that was created nearly 30 years ago to help raise money for equipment needed by King's School, Ely, Cambs for an Himalayan Expedition my son James went on (now 45). I thought it was about time it saw the light of day again and all the recipes could be re-created as a CookBook for others to share. All proceeds from the sale will go to Macmillan Cancer Support. Thanks to all those that contributed the first time around and to all those who buy the new smarter version. Enjoy!
