About me
I live with my 3 kids in Oxford. My hobby is making sausages. Sausages are one of the most underrated areas of our British food and a source of inexpensive protein. Supermarket sausages tend to be highly processed, contain poor quality meat and lots of fat, so I make my own and therefore know exactly what’s in’em! My cooking inspiration came from my dad who left me many fabulous recipes, some of which I intend to share with you here. I love to laugh and appreciate a "quick whit". My favorite restaurant is "Browns" in Oxford - very relaxed and my kids feel at home there. My kids inspire me, but feeding them properly can be a struggle and very time consuming. I tend to make sausages for them that contain "vegetables" therefore avoiding that constant battle :0)
