Hello all - I would like to introduce some of local or modern Japanese cooking as I am originally from Japan. I just moved to UK (Edinburgh, Scotland) and keen to have local dishes here.

Yakitori Ramen Tanmen Yakiniku Shabu-shabu Japanese spagetti and of course Sushi! also Vietnamese-food Thai-food Korean-food German-food British cottage pie etc etc...
