About me
I live in Scotland with my husband and 3 young children. I have always cooked and did a catering course when i was 15, but never took it up professionally. My inspiration is mostly my Gran's old cook books and a book which i was given as a present a few years ago called "We'll Eat Again" which is a collection of recipes from the 2nd world war using rations.
