About Hardina5

I am married to Lee and we have 4 children. I also work Full time as a PA for Greggs plc. I collect cook books and have over 530 in my collection but that does not stop me searching websites for the ultimate family recipe ideas. I love to watch Nigella Lawson cook. I have started writing a cookbook and would love to see it go to print but not sure where to start on that. Who knows what the future holds on that one......

Hardina5's favourite food is

I love to bake cakes and biscuits and often to get asked for my special Apple cake or chocolate fudge cake. My favourite cuisine is good old british traditional food. I do also love to cook italian as the family love it.
