@ laura.deegan - Hi Laura - the berries sink due to gravity, try lightly dusting the berries in flour before you add them to the mixture. This has the effect of holding them in place in the batter. Also don't wait too long before you pop them in the oven as the berries will also then have time to settle out in the muffin case - hope that helps - Regards Team Mydish. comment
