uploaded the recipe for my Christmas Cake slices! These would be lovely for Easter, just add some little Easter egg confectionary and little chickens and you could drizzle the white fondant frosting with some yellow lemon frosting! Beautiful! Happy New Year 2013 comment

Hi, I live in Ireland, I love baking, cooking, art, architecture, interior & exterior design, travel and dogs! In my free time, I enjoy baking in the kitchen. Sometimes I might decide to compose easy listening classical music on a beautiful baby grand piano that I bought years ago. My mother inspired me to enjoy baking as she made everything look so easy to do & it always tasted wonderful. My favourite restaurant is closer to home; The Candlebridge Restaurant whereby my husband is briliant at cooking the main meals; he does a lovely roast dinner & lovely roast spudz! That and a nice cold bottle of Beringers is a perfect meal at a perfect restaurant.. (pity I have to wash up afterwards though..!) We have six dogs and I've trained each of them since they were 6-8weeks old. I am also considering writing my first cookery book!
