About me
I live with my husband and my beautiful cocker spaniel 'Archie' in Milton Keynes. In my free time I love running, socialising with friends, shopping in particular for shoes, and cooking :-) My Dad inspired me to cook from a very young age. On a Saturday night as I was growing up it was common for my Mum, Dad and I to cook a course each for the evening meal. Dad would give me some money and I would pour through cookbooks and find something I liked the sound of, we would all cook and serve our course and would always have a suprise! I use to 'skivvy' for my dad in the kitchen, especially when he was cooking chinese food that had many ingredients so I learnt cooking techniques from him. Mum was also a good cook but cooked traditional english food like casseroles, quiches and great shepherds pies! Billy Connolly makes me laugh out loud. My favourite restuarant is Ramond Blanc's La Manoir - one for a very special occasion!
