I live with my wife Anne and my son Michael in Handforth, Cheshire. I love cooking in my spare time. My mother inspired me to get cooking as she was a good cook. Monty Python, Rowan Atkinson and Terry Pratchett make me laugh out loud. My favourite restaurant is Valentina's Castle in Tsilivi, Zakynthos.
