About me
Hi and welcome to my recipes. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do and that they also take you far off to distant lands around the world as you indulge yourself along with family and friends! I live with my laptop wherever I go. In my free time I'm skiing down a mountain or Scuba Diving the Indian ocean. Someone who says 'they can't', makes me laugh out loud especially when I show them how they can. My favourite restaurant at the moment would be a Thai one, one that ensures I'm served a fresh lime wedge with chili to go with my Pad Thai Gai!
