About me
My lovely wife and I live on our finca just outside Malaga, Spain, we enjoy eating in the many Spanish bar/restaurants in our area. I have always enjoyed cooking, and my wife and friends have always enjoyed sampling my dishes, many of which I have repeat requests for.

pieces of chicken cooked in yogurt and whole cumin-goes well as a starter or a main course
