Made Won Ton soup and chicken and straw mushroom in plum sauce with rice for dinner today... the first meal i've made in my wheel chair which was really fun as i could barely reach the hob :) Any disabled chefs out there got any suggestions? Cant afford to adapt my kitchen but want to keep cooking comment

About me
My love for food began at a very young age. My mum was pretty determined that i would bake properly so even as young as 4 she taught me to make fresh bread and cakes from scratch. As i got older dad took over and taught me about making jams and chutneys and how to preserve foods e.g. pickling. I only tarted getting creative with cooking when mamma hilda (a lovely persian lady) and her family moved in next door. She taught me traditional persian cooking which i started trying to mix with the traditional french and belgian cuisine ive been raised with. and that leads to now where i spend most of my time in the kitchen. I was a veggie for 16 years however i have sadly been converted by the wrath of the deadly bacon sandwich :P
