This is from an old scottish cookbook my mum was given years ago. My mum makes this soup every autum/winter..I love it!
This recipe is a hybrid of various Chilli con carne recipes I have tried. I've stuck with the spices I like and adapted the recipes to make my own. Hope you enjoy!!
Delicious served with Meats and Cheese
This is another recipe that I have created over the past two years ... I've taken bits and pieces from various bolagnaise recipes and added my own touch - Chorizo.
This is a side dish I make frequently when I have family and friends over for a curry. It's great served with poppadoms and mango chutney.

A nice change from the usual lasagne.
