Bank holiday - What's cooking?
Question: Hi All,
It's nearly the bank holiday! I nearly missed it, thinking it was next week. Anyhoo, do you have fun plans? Any treats being made with family?
I'm keeping everything crossed that we have some sunshine. I really, really want a BBQ!

I heard that there is a children's version of Nottinghill carnival - loads of fun and different foods to taste - I am planning to take my 3 boys along - but I have only done it as an adult / teenager before - never with kids

The carnival sounds great! I'd love to take my children there but think they are still a bit too tiny. Let us know how it goes and bring back some yummy recipes for us all!! I baggsie the jerk chicken. ;o)
I think I'm going to brave the BBQ. I've got a few nice things to defrost which I pre marinaded. Hopefully the sun shines for all of us.
