The Story Behind The Recipe

We went to New York in December and had some awesome food - but BBQ pulled pork from Spankys near times square was AWESOME and was teh inspiration behind creating something we could make at home... Play with the ingredients to get a flavour that suits you - i quite like the tomato tang to this but reduce that or the vinegar if its too sharp - also play with the paprika - sweet smokey etc and if you can find it try adding some liquid smoke.....
