This is so easy to make, takes very little preparation time and can be on the table in 2hours or less if you like it hot. It's better just cool. Dosen't freeze unfortunately. Godd for dinner partied especially if made as individual pies.You can buy ready made small cases as well as the 8" ones.I make this specially for my youngwest son who does not normally eat deserts but always comes back for seconds.
