The Story Behind The Recipe
I am going to dedicate this recipe to my mother, Esther, for inspiring me to enjoy baking and she had a great love of fruit cakes! She made wonderful tea bracks and she taught me to enjoy my kitchen triumphs and to learn from my kitchen disasters.. This recipe of mine is delightful and incredibly easy to make but very addictive.
