The Story Behind The Recipe
This is a really really simple "throw it together" dish, but if you get the seasoning right, the lovely buttery/oniony taste of the simple Hagebouf is simple food at its best. Although I am not entirely sure how 'authentically' Danish this dish is, it is certainly rich like most Dansk dishes and it reminds me of home, so it is good enough for me! ,o) Enjoy!
