The Story Behind The Recipe
Molly’s favourite steak is the Ribeye and when served with a nice green peppercorn sauce it makes tasty treat. We both first had this dish at a Riccio’s restaurant in Palm Springs, California. It was so flavoursome that I thought I would ask to see the chef, when I told them who I was and what I did I was invited into the kitchen and the recipe was given to me and I even got to cook one for a customer, it was one of my favourite nights off and the beginning of a friendship with the Riccio brothers
