The Story Behind The Recipe
Whilst this dish is not quite what you would expect of either a soup or a Cajun recipe is indeed both of those things. Those of you who think soups should be savoury will never be convinced so I wont try. As to it''s Cajun credentials, well the recipe is an adaptation of one created by a Mrs. R. Chappuis, Sr. of Lafayette, Louisiana.
