The Story Behind The Recipe

Story

We have been eating focaccia bread since 1971 when we were first courting and going to dinner at an Italian restaurant in Preston called the “Portofino”, I don’t think it’s there now but it was a wonderful eatery. Anyway back to the bread it took me a long time to replicate it but we think this is about as close to it as we could get.
