Method

  • Whizz together the raspberries and icing sugar with a hand-held stick blender, or in a food processor.
  • Pour into a jug or serving dish.

  • Optional - if you don't like the bits, you strain through a sieve, pushing it through with the back of a spoon.
  • Ingredients

    • 225 g Raspberries - fresh or frozen (thawed)
    • 4 tbsp Icing sugar, sifted
