Pasta, Chicken and Sesame

A simple and delicious weekday dinner for four that can be rustled up in no time.


Slice 400g chicken breast and dust with paprika. Chop and sweat 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic in 2tbsp oil.
Add 200g peas, sweat, then add 100ml veg stock and bring to the boil. Add the chicken and simmer for 5 mins.
Add 2tbsp sesame seeds and 2tbsp grated Parmesan. Drain the pasta and mix with the chicken, season and scatter on coriander.


Veg Stock 100ml
Peas 200g
Oil 2tbsp
Cloves Garlic 2
Onion 1
Chicken Breast 400g
Sesame Seeds 2tbsp
Grated Parmesan 2tbsp
