Method

  • Peel onion then cut in half, then slice put in bowl.

  • Now add all the ingredients and stir well.

  • Add lukewarm water and stir until you get a thick batter like consistancy.

  • Heat oil for frying, make sure its hot, when oil temp rises put on medium heat.

  • Spoon mixture with tablspoon, cook bhajis for a minute on each side (till golden).
  • Tips

    • After cooking place the bhajis on kitchen paper to help drain off the excess oli.

    Ingredients

    • 8 tblspoons chickpea flour (besan or gram flour)
    • 2 heap tblspoons SR flour
    • 4 Green chilli. chopped
    • 1 tspoon salt
    • 1 tspoon cumin powder
    • 1 tspoon garlic cloves. crushed
    • 1 tablspoon Sesame Seeds

    • OIL FOR FRYING
    • 2 large onion
    • handful coriander leaves. finely chopped
