1) melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 10 secs until completely melted.
2)in a seperate bowl wisk on fast speed the egg whites until they form soft peaks then add the sugar and wisk until it forms stiff peaks.
3) mix half the egg mixture with the chocolate as roughly as you like until equilly chocolatty.
4)add the remaining egg whites and the maltesers and fold in gently to get a light texture.
5)In a bowl wisk you cream until stiff.
6) into your mousse glasses pour 1/3rd of the chocolate mousse then top with the cream, press the strawberries into the cream.
7) repeat twice until you use up all the mousse. top with malteser haves and strawberry slices and put in the fridge to set for atleast 2 hours before serving.
