Tuna Pasta with Black Olives

I love this recipe which I discovered from a friend in Cape Town as it is a very easy and quick meal to prepare

Method

Soften onion and garlic.Add tin of tomatoes,mixed herbs and tuna.Cook until tender and add the chicken stock cubes,stirring until they are dissolved.Mix the mushroom soup with the milk and add to mixture.Simmer for 10 minutes.Take off the heat and add cream and olives Stir well and add to cooked pasta.Top with parmesan cheese

Ingredients

Garlic Cloves. Finely Chopped 4
Canned Tuna. Drained 3
Canned Tomatoes. Chopped. 1
Mixed Herbs (dried) Tablespoon
Onion. Finely Chopped 1
Chicken Stock Cubes 2
Single Cream Small
Packet Mushroom Soup
Fresh Milk
Black Olives Small Jar
Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
Pasta Of Choice 500g
Parmesan Cheese. Freshly Grated To Serve
