The Basics

Ingredients

• enough for one any pasta
• a knob butter
• one teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• one teaspoon soy sauce
• one tablespoon tomato puree

Method

Cook your pasta and drain. Add butter to pan you cooked your pasta in, when it's melted add vinegar and soy then return pasta to pan. Stir to coat then add tomato puree to overcoat.
