Method

  • In a large pan or Wok cook the sausages in the oil until just going brown then remove and set to one side.
  • Put all the Veg in the pan and cook until they start to change colour.Scatter on the flour and continue to stir fry for about 2 mins.
  • Transfer the Veg,Sausages,Pasta to a good size Casserole Dish. Season with Pepper.
  • Add the Stock and Cider. Lid the casserole dish.

  • Cook in the oven at 170c for up to 45 mins

  • Serve with Mash Potatoes
  • Ingredients

    • THE CASSERROLE
    • 300ml Bottle of Cider
    • ½ Kg Best Pork Chipalatas
    • 1 Medium Onion thinly sliced in rings
    • 2 Celery Stalks sliced
    • 2 Medium Carrots sliced
    • 150ml Chicken Stock (½ Oxo cube)
    • 1 Dstspn Plain Flour
    •  Ground Pepper
    •  A little cooking oil
    • 50g Tagliatelle Pasta (Short cut)
