Preheat oven to 190/375/Gas 5. Chop broccoli, onion and red pepper, place in mixing bowl. Grate Cheese and put in bowl. Press garlic using garlic press or squirt in garlic puree along with remaining ingredients except parmesan. Mix well. Spoon mixture into small round disk - stoneware is best but any oven proof dish will do. Bake for 20-25 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over top and surround with lightly salted tortilla chips or garlic bread (or both!) Serve immediately. Can be pre-made and stored in fridge prior to cooking.
Even if you hate broccoli give this a try - it is wonderful! Also a good way to get veg into the kids. Ideal for parties and BBQs serve with nachos or quick garlic bread - Lovely
