Method

  • 1. Mix together artichoke, celery, roasted pepper, olives, basil and mayonnaise in medium bowl until combined.

  • 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    • 1 can Artichoke hearts, finely chopped
    • 1 Celery stalk, finely chopped
    • 1 Roasted pepper, chopped
    • 0.5 cup Chopped black olives
    • 1 cup Fresh basil, chopped
    • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
    •  Salt and black pepper
