Berries Sauce:
Heat the oil and add the paprika, fried chilli, honey and berries. Allow it to simmer for 3- 5 min.
Add beef stock and bring it to boil. Reduce the temp and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens.
Entrecote:
BBQ the steak to taste as required.
Pour the sauce over the meat and serve.
Enjoy.
