Crocpot Beef Casserole

Method

  • 1. Brown beef in skillet with onion, drain and place in crockpot.

  • 2. Stir in salt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and flour.

  • 3. Add water, bouillon and wine, mix well.

  • 4. Cover and cook on LOW 2-3 hours.

  • 5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.

  • 6. Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream, stir to mix ingredients in crockpot.

  • 7. Turn the crockpot to high and cover and cook 10-15 minutes.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 lb Lean ground beef
    • 1 Small onion, chopped
    • 0.5 tsp. Salt
    • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 0.25 cup Flour
    • 1.5 cup Hot water
    • 2 tsp. Beef bouillon granules
    • 2 tbsp. Red wine
    • 6 oz Pasta
    • 150g Sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup Sour cream
