1) Chop and fry onions and garlic untill soft then put to one side
in another pan boil the pasta
2) Chop and fry bacon
3) Add the mushrooms and put the onions back into the pan and sprinckle a few mixedherbs
4) When pasta is cooked, drain and add to the bacon mixture, mix together
5) Add the mascapone and tomato puree and mix slowly together and serve immediatly!(it will melt to make a sauce) the more tomato puree the brighter pink the pasta sauce will be)
