Method
1) First melt the chocolate in a bowl over some hot water
2) Add in the butter followed by the egg yolks, brandy and icing sugar.
3) Mix these together and once mixed place into the fridge until the mixture is set.
4) Once set roll the mixture into small balls and either roll onto sieved icing sugar or coco powder then place into sweet cases to serve.
Ingredients
- 6oz plain cooking chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp brandy
- 2oz butter
- 3oz sieved icing sugar
