Method

  • 1) First melt the chocolate in a bowl over some hot water

  • 2) Add in the butter followed by the egg yolks, brandy and icing sugar.

  • 3) Mix these together and once mixed place into the fridge until the mixture is set.

  • 4) Once set roll the mixture into small balls and either roll onto sieved icing sugar or coco powder then place into sweet cases to serve.

    • 6oz plain cooking chocolate
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 2 tsp brandy
    • 2oz butter
    • 3oz sieved icing sugar
