My Gorgeous Chocolate Cake

The Basics

Ingredients

• 1 Cup  Sugar
• 4  Eggs
• 1 cup Self raising flour
• 1 Cup Cocoa or drinking chocolate powder
• 2 tbsp Vanilla Flavour Sugar
• 150 ml Sunflower oil
• 100 g Fine dark chocolate chopped
• 300 ml Single Cream

Method

1.Cream eggs and sugar.
2.Slowly add flour flour, cocoa and vanilla Sugar.
3. Add 150 ml (half of the cream pack) and oil.

Mix until you get a stable mixture.
4. Put into greased baking tin.
5. Bake 10 min 180 and then another 30 min 160.

6.Slowly melt chocolate and 150ml cream
7.Whils warm place melted chocolate combined with cream over cake.
