Method

  • 1. Heat oven to 180C and line the baking trays with greaseproof paper

  • 2. Placed sieved dry ingredients into a food processor / mixer.

  • 3. Cut Butter into small pieces and add to dry ingredients with Orange rind

  • 4. Mix the mixture until it resembles fine crumb.

  • 5. Add 1 tablespoon of Orange juice and the egg and mix until a dough is formed .

  • 6. Knead lightly and roll out on a board dusted with potato flour. Cut into shapes, place on the baking sheet and sprinkle with chocolate pieces if desired.minutes

  • 7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. - Enjoy!!!

    • 4oz Potatoe Flour
    • 1 oz Cake meal
    • 2 oz  Butter
    • Grated rind Orange
    • To taste sprinkles
    • 2 oz Caster sugar
    • 1 beaten egg
