Method

  • Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and softened choc. Add cake meal and then fold in stiffened egg whites. Bake in well greased 8 or 9 inch tin for about 1 hour at 350 F.

    • 12 oz sugar
    • 9 oz cake meal
    • 18 oz  dark choc (melted)
