Method

  • Wet the matzah once- twice cover it with a tea towel to keep it moist and easy to roll.


  • Cheese mixture:

  • 1.Mash the potato and mix it with the 3 different cheese.
  • 2.Beat 1 egg in a medium bowl, and mix in the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper.


  • Wrapping:

  • 1. Cut the wet matzah into two equal rectangles.
  • 2.Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the edge of each rectangle and roll Matzah over the filling.

  • 4. Beat 2 egg in a medium bowl, cover the rolled matzah with egg and fry it well in each side of the matzah.


  • Served best with boiled eggs.

    • 100 g Feta Cheese
    • pinch  black pepper
    • pinch salt
    • 10  Wet Matzah
    • 2-3 egg
    •  oil
    • 1 meduim Boiled potato
    • 50 g  cheddar cheese grated
