Ingredients

  • 85g Basil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 60g Pine Kernels
  • 100-150ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50g Parmesan

Method

1. Put the basil and garlic in a food processor, blend to a paste.

2. Add lots of salt and pepper, the pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan. Blend again.

Serve fresh or put in jar and place in the fridge.
