1. Mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley and lemon.
2. Smother the lamb in mustard.
3. Take handfuls of crumb mix and shape it on to the lamb.
4. Cook in a hot oven for 15 minutes or 20 minutes if you prefer lamb well-done.
